Information We Collect
The Hub may collect information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, local board affiliation, role, message content, and referee or membership-related details. When sign-in is active, the Hub may also process account and role information needed to show the correct member, local board, or executive board tools.
How We Use Information
Information is used to respond to inquiries, route questions to the right NYSCOS or local board contact, support membership and certification administration, maintain official records, operate the Hub, protect the Hub, and communicate NYSCOS-related updates.
Sharing
NYSCOS does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with NYSCOS officers, authorized local board administrators, service providers that help operate the Hub, or when required for legal, security, governance, or recordkeeping reasons.
Service Providers
The Hub may rely on third-party services for hosting, forms, email, data storage, authentication, analytics, and operational workflows. These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services.
Security and Retention
NYSCOS intends to use reasonable safeguards for information handled through the Hub. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may be retained as needed for NYSCOS operations, official records, member administration, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or system security.
Minors
The Hub is not directed to children under 13. Youth officials or prospective youth officials should involve a parent, guardian, or local board representative when submitting information through the Hub.
