NYSCOS Hub Use Notice

Purpose
The NYSCOS Hub provides public information, member resources, contact routing, and administrative support for New York State Certified Officials of Soccer and affiliated local boards. The Hub does not guarantee referee assignments, scheduling, payment, or membership status.
Appropriate Use
Please use the Hub for NYSCOS-related purposes only. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to access areas that are not intended for your role.
Accounts and Access
Member sign-in, local board administrator tools, and executive board tools are being prepared. When sign-in is active, access may depend on your NYSCOS role, local board affiliation, and current administrative status. Hub access is separate from any membership rights or obligations that may exist under NYSCOS or local board rules.
Ownership
NYSCOS owns or controls its official name, marks, logos, records, bylaws, meeting materials, and official communications, except where a third party owns the applicable rights. The underlying Hub software, implementation, repository, workflows, and third-party services may be owned or operated separately by the Hub creator or service providers. Publication or use of the Hub does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or platform unless agreed in a separate written agreement.
Information Accuracy
NYSCOS intends to keep public Hub information current, but official bylaws, board actions, written notices, and approved records control if there is a conflict. If something appears inaccurate, please report it through the contact page.
