Two representatives required

Every local board is required to send 2 representatives to the meeting.

First two are covered

The first 2 attendees per board are covered. Additional attendees are welcome — billed at cost.

No room block — book early

There's no room block, but rooms are currently available at the DoubleTree. Book promptly; don't wait.

Online RSVP is closed

Late RSVPs require direct confirmation with the NYSCOS Secretary. Use your existing officer contact channel or request a call by email.

Final agenda

The final AGM agenda has been distributed. It was finalized after the bylaw and proposal submission window so timely items could be included in one clean agenda.

If your board has a late administrative issue, contact the NYSCOS Secretary directly.
