The Hub is designed around four access levels. Each higher level inherits the access below it, so executive users can see executive, local-admin, member, and public tools; local admins can see admin, member, and public tools; members can see member and public tools.
Public View
CurrentAnyone visiting NYSCOS.org
Can read public news, certification information, referee store details, contact routing, new-referee information, and documents approved for public access.
Member
Signed-in NYSCOS members
Can access member resources, internal notices, selected meeting records, member-only forms, and feedback tools once sign-in is active.
Local Admin
Local board administrators
Can access member tools plus board-specific records, local-board status, local roster/process materials, and administrative workflows.
Executive
NYSCOS Executive Board
Can access admin tools plus statewide oversight, cross-board visibility, executive materials, and launch/admin controls.
Report, suggest, or track something
The feedback board stays connected to this page. Once sign-in is active, members, local board admins, and executive users will be able to add ideas, report broken items, and follow progress. Public users should use the contact page or tell their local board administrator.
