2026 Annual General Meeting: Agenda and Late RSVP Instructions

The NYSCOS Annual General Membership Meeting is Saturday, July 25, 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Syracuse in East Syracuse, NY.

Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 8:15 AM, the general meeting runs 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and lunch follows from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Every local board is required to send two representatives.

The final agenda has been distributed. It was finalized after the bylaw and proposal submission window so timely items could be included in one clean agenda.

Online RSVP is closed. Late RSVP changes require direct confirmation with the NYSCOS Secretary by phone. If you already have the Secretary's phone contact, call directly. Otherwise, use the AGM page to request a call.
